
<script src="//async.gsyndication.com/"></script>{"id":332,"date":"2008-01-23T23:22:57","date_gmt":"2008-01-23T22:22:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pouleto.ch\/\/?p=332"},"modified":"2014-08-28T12:12:32","modified_gmt":"2014-08-28T11:12:32","slug":"la-refection-dun-carburateur-weber-30-dgf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.pouleto.ch\/fiat500\/?p=332","title":{"rendered":"La r\u00e9fection d&rsquo;un carburateur Weber 30 DGF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Suivant l&rsquo;exemple de Porco Rosso j&rsquo;ai pris quelques photos de la m\u00e9thode suivie pour d\u00e9monter mon carburateur Weber 30 DGF de Panda 30.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/img128.imageshack.us\/img128\/9095\/dsc0002vz7.jpg\" height=\"296\" width=\"431\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En effet, sur le site <a href=\"http:\/\/ilcubopiccolo126.free.fr\" target=\"_blank\">IlCuboPicolo 126<\/a> on trouve un <a href=\"http:\/\/ilcubopiccolo126.free.fr\/dos_tech\/dos_tech_meca\/refect_28imb\/refect_weber_28imb1.htm\" target=\"_blank\">super tuto pour le Weber 28<\/a> mais je n&rsquo;ai pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 trouver quoi que ce soit pour ce Weber 30 qui est un double corps progressif et surtout qui de par son aspect ext\u00e9rieur semble tellement plus difficile \u00e0 ouvrir \/ d\u00e9monter que son petit fr\u00e8re&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai donc retrouss\u00e9 mes manches, pris quelques outils (seuls deux tournevis plats et une pince sont n\u00e9cessaire&#8230;) et mon appareil photo et je m&rsquo;y suis mis ! Attention, comme je l&rsquo;ai \u00e9cris, j&rsquo;y connais pas lourd alors j&rsquo;ai fais comme j&rsquo;ai pu, et il y a certainement d&rsquo;autres mani\u00e8res bien meilleures de s&rsquo;y prendre&#8230; Mais l\u00e0 j&rsquo;ai pu changer tous les joints, tout nettoyer et tout remonter&#8230; Donc allons-y !<\/p>\n<p>Avant de commencer voici d\u00e9j\u00e0 un \u00e9clat\u00e9 du carbu afin de pouvoir sp\u00e9cifier de quelle pi\u00e8ce on parle lors du d\u00e9montage \/ remontage :<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pouleto.ch\/fiat500\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/weber30dgf.jpg\" title=\"weber30dgf.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[332]\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pouleto.ch\/fiat500\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/weber30dgf.jpg\" title=\"weber30dgf.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[332]\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pouleto.ch\/fiat500\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/weber30dgf.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"weber30dgf.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>1. Commen\u00e7ons donc par enlever les 5 vis du couvercle (la 5\u00e8 se trouve entre les 2 gros \u00ab\u00a0trous\u00a0\u00bb dans lesquels se trouvent les diffuseurs)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pouleto.ch\/fiat500\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/refection_w30_07.JPG\" title=\"refection_w30_07.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[332]\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pouleto.ch\/fiat500\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/refection_w30_07.JPG\" title=\"refection_w30_07.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[332]\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pouleto.ch\/fiat500\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/refection_w30_07.thumbnail.JPG\" alt=\"refection_w30_07.JPG\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3. Il n&rsquo;est pas possible de retirer tout de suite le couvercle car il est accroch\u00e9 \u00e0 un petit levier qui actionne le papillon du tube droite (bien visible sur la photo ci-dessus).  Il va donc s&rsquo;agir maintenant de lib\u00e9rer le papillon de cette commande. Pour cela, il suffit de sortir d\u00e9licatement la petite pi\u00e8ce (une sorte de petit manchon orange \/ rouge chez moi) qui maintient le levier sur la commande du papillon :<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pouleto.ch\/fiat500\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/refection_w30_16.JPG\" title=\"refection_w30_16.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[332]\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pouleto.ch\/fiat500\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/refection_w30_16.JPG\" title=\"refection_w30_16.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[332]\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pouleto.ch\/fiat500\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/refection_w30_16.thumbnail.JPG\" alt=\"refection_w30_16.JPG\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>4. Reprenons notre couvercle. On sort la goupille qui maintient le flotteur en place, et on sort le flotteur. Oubliez pas de mettre la main dessus quand vous soufflez, \u00e7a saute haut sinon&#8230; Porco nous donne aussi une astuce dans son tuto pour retirer ce tube :<em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><em><font face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">35 &#8211;             Autre solution, l&rsquo;extracteur :<\/font><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><font face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Enfoncer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement l&rsquo;extracteur             dans le tube, tapoter un peu au marteau pour qu&rsquo;il prenne bien, puis             avec une pince, essayer de             retirer le tout.<\/font><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><font face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Le tube sera un peu abim\u00e9             sur sa partie sup\u00e9rieure, mais rien de bien g\u00eanant car cet orifice              re\u00e7oit l&rsquo;air, et de plus n&rsquo;est pas calibr\u00e9.
